Obituary
Starla Jo Winger Ellis, 53, of Crawfordsville, passed away Sunday at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis.
Mrs. Winger Ellis was born Jan. 31, 1955 to Dorman and Carolyn (Foxworthy) Winger of Crawfordsville.
She was a graduate of North Montgomery High School and Ivy Tech Community College. She married Tom Ellis on March 22, 1980 in Crawfordsville. He survives. She had previously worked as a medical secretary for the hospital and Dr. Pickerill. She was a member of Wesley Chapel.
She is survived by her parents; husband; daughter, Shanda Hollon of Crawfordsville; sisters, Dorma Lee Finch of El Paso, Texas, and Tonya Kay Willhite of Crawfordsville.
Funeral services are at 2 p.m. Thursday at Hunt & Son Funeral Home with the Rev. David Keesee officiating. Burial will be at Wesley Chapel Cemetery.
Friends and family can pay their respects from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
