Susan Jean Cronkhite, 94 of Crawfordsville passed away Wednesday at Bickford Cottage.
She was born February 6, 1920 to Herman L. & Hazel Purnell Myers.
Susan Graduated from Kingman High School, attended Indiana State Teachers College, & graduated from Illinois Commercial College.
Before retirement she was employed at Waveland State Bank, The First United Methodist Church of Crawfordsville, and the Wabash Avenue Presbyterian Church.
She was a member of Wabash Avenue Presbyterian Church, P.E.O., Tri Kappa, and Art League of Montgomery County.
On January 3, 1941 she married Dean E. Cronkhite, he preceded her in death. She is survived by her daughters Suanne Milligan and her husband Thomas K., Belinda Jo Browder and her husband Richard, Sons in law Rand Overdorf & David Overpeck, Grandchildren Richard W. Browder, Amy Wood, Caroline Browder, Katherine Milligan, Benjamin Milligan, Amanda Nattinger, Tony Overpeck, Timothy Overpeck, Susan Siena, and Jason Overdorf, and 20 Great grandchildren. She also has a surviving brother Herman J. Myers.

A memorial service will be held 2:00pm Saturday January 3, 2015 at Wabash Avenue Presbyterian Church with Rev. John Van Nuys officiating. Family will receive visitors from 12-2 at the church.
