Terri Sue "Punki" Billingsley (Day), 73, of Crawfordsville, Indiana, passed away peacefully on July 9, 2025, in the town where she was born and spent her life. Terri was born on November 3, 1951, in Crawfordsville, and from her earliest years, she was known for her outgoing spirit and the ever-present smile that brightened the lives of all who knew her. She loved going on the road with her late husband when he was a truck driver. Terry and Michael had something special, and love that was meant to be, something to always admire.

A loving mother, grandmother, Wife, and great-grandmother, Terri devoted her life to caring for others, both in her personal and professional life. Early in her career, she served as a caregiver at The Lane House, where her compassion and gentle presence left a lasting impact on residents and others.

Terri has 3 surviving daughters, Traci (Skip) Earls, Brandi (Stuart Sr) Byrd, and Anna (David) Scaggs. Along with her grandchildren, Tora (Tim) Merrill, Brianna (Chris) VanCleave, Michale (Jenifer) Taylor, Stuart and Dominick Byrd, Trecy (Justin) Howard, and Brett Earls. Along with several great-grandchildren, she adored. Michael, Terry's late husband, passed away in 2020 due to lung cancer. Terry was the 2nd youngest out of 4, she has 2 surviving sisters, Cheryl Tibbett, Elaine (Bill) Lawton. Pamela, who was married to Michael Maloney, passed away.

Celebration of life will be held Sunday, July 20th 2:30-4:30 pm at Crawfordsville Park & Rec privately for the family and close friends of Terri.
