Obituary
Virginia M. Sulc, 80, of Crawfordsville passed away at 9:10 a.m. Saturday at Lane House Nursing Home.
Mrs. Sulc was born Oct. 16, 1927 to Joseph and Mary Maziarka Schubert in Chicago.
She attended Chicago schools. She married Frank D. Sulc on Jan. 29, 1949. He survives. She was a member of St. Bernard's Catholic Church, where she worked as the church organist, and Back Porch Pickers.
Survivors include her husband; son, David (Leah) Sulc of Crawfordsville; two daughters, Amy (Richard) Hedge of Crawfordsville and Rachel (Joe) Mikesell of Elkhart, Ill.; nine grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by brother, Joseph Schubert Jr.; and sister, Bernadette Ryan.
Funeral services are at 1 p.m. Wednesday at St. Bernard's Catholic Church with Father Paul Graf officiating. Burial will take place at Calvary Cemetery.
Friends and family can pay their respects from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Hunt & Son Funeral Home.
