Wallace E Estes

Wallace L Estes, 84, Crawfordsville, passed away September 6, 2026 at Franciscan Indianapolis. He was born September 30, 1941 in Putnam County to George William and Helen Francis (Newell) Estes. He married Charlotte B. Skinner and they were married 49 years until her passing in November 2011.

He retired from IBM as a senior system analyst. His memberships included Bainbridge Christian Church, Masonic Temple No. 47, F & A.M. of Greencastle, Valley of Indianapolis Scottish Rite, Porter Business College Student Council. He was a 1959 graduate of Bainbridge Highschool.

Surviving are his children, Scott E. (Tammy) Estes and Carol L. (Chris) Cochran, brother, Edwin R. Estes and grandchildren, Erica and Andrea Estes.

Private family services will be held Saturday morning at Brick Chapel Cemetery.
