Wanda Fulford of Crawfordsville died on Sunday, Jan. 17, at Williamsburg Healthcare. She was 96.
Born in Crawfordsville on Dec. 2, 1913 to parents Alfred Waldon and Cynthia (Thompson) Waldon, she was retired from Sommer Metalcraft and was a charter member at Fremont St. Baptist Church. She received her education in Montgomery County.
She married Paul Fulford, who preceded her in death.
Additional survivors include daughter Cynthia (Clayton) Conkright of Crawfordsville, five grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and 13 great great grandchildren, as well as one great great great grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her sons Freddie and Dannie Fulford.
A funeral service will take place at 2 p.m. Thursday at Hunt & Son Funeral Home with The Rev. Dan Aldrich officiating. Burial will be at Oak Hill Cemetery North.
Visitation hours will be from 4-7 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
