William Dice, 87, New Ross, passed away December 25 ^th at Bickford Cottage.

He had been a farmer and attended First United Methodist Church.

He was born May 3, 1930 in Crawfordsville to Manley B. and Ruth (Harris) Dice.  He graduated from New Ross High School in 1948. He married Jo Anne Brennan on October 8, 1949. She preceded him in death.

Surviving are his children, Howard E Dice of Marion, Kenyon A. (Janice) Dice of Crawfordsville, Marcia (Joe) Utterback of Crawfordsville, Nancy J. Dice of Salt Lake City, Patrick B. Dice of Monterey, TN, Kathi (Larry) Schieler of Lafayette, Drinda (Wayne) Dagley of Waynetown and Sally (Michael) Dunbar of Thorntown, as well as a brother James Dice along with 12 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.  Three sisters and a great grandchild preceded him in death.

Funeral services are scheduled for 1:00 PM Thursday at Hunt & Son Funeral Home.  Calling will be 4-7 PM Wednesday in the funeral home.
