Wilma Jean Halstead, 92, of Crawfordsville passed away Saturday, August 10, at her home.  She was born on November 4, 1931, to Chauncie and Hanna Ethel (Hann) Smith. She graduated from Arsenal Tech in Indianapolis in 1949. She married Robert Gene Halstead on March 23, 1952. She was a devoted member of Rock Point Church in Crawfordsville.

She is survived by her children, Tim (Kay) Halstead, and Kathy Redmon. She has 9 grandchildren and 18 Great Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Robert Halstead.

Funeral services will be held at 11:30 am Friday, August 16 at Hunt & Son Funeral Home with Pastor Terry Thompson officiating.  Visitation will be from 10-11:30 am.  Burial will follow in Lincoln Memory Gardens, Whitestown, IN.
