Wilma J. Knowles, 85, formerly of Crawfordsville passed away Thursday at her daughters home in Indianapolis.
She was a Cake Decorator at O'Rears Pastry Shop in Lafayette for 40 years. She was also a member of Christ United Methodist church, Crawfordsville
Wilma was born January 15, 1928 in Carroll County to Samuel and Elda Wagner Hazelgrove. She attended Brookston Schools. She was married to Floyd E. Knowles Sept 6, 1948, he preceded her in death August of 2000.
She is survived by her son Tim Knowles of Anchorage, Alaska; Daughter Debbie Zacharchuk of Lafayette; and Sandra (Randy) Funk of Indianapolis. Also surviving are her sister Betty Jacobs of Crawfordsville and a brother Tom (Jewel) Hazelgrove of Lafayette. She has 8 Grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her brother Charlie Hazelgrove.

Funeral services will be held 11:00am Monday at Hunt & Son Funeral Home, Crawfordsville with Pastor Chris Rennick officiating. Interment will be in the Tippecanoe Memory Gardens, West Lafayette. Friends may call from 2-6 Sunday at the funeral home.
