Zebediah Norman Lockard of Crawfordsville died at birth on Saturday at St. Clare Medical Center.
Lockard is survived by parents Stephanie Newby and Melvin Lockard along with maternal grandparents Curtis and Wendy Newby and a sister, Shawn Somers.
