Louanne Brown, aka Lou Dog as she liked to be called, passed away Friday September 26 at home.

She was always doing what she could to help others and loved her family very much.

She is survived by her two sons, Larry Cottrell and Chad (Michelle) Cottrell and four grandchildren; Chad Cottell III, Ryan Cottrell, Sylvie Cottrell and Jovie Cottrell, along with her sister, Angie Figueroa and brother, Mike Holt. Her parents, Larry and Betty Elliott are both deceased.

A memorial service will be held 2:00 PM Saturday at Hunt & Son Funeral Home with visitation beginning at 12:30.
